Yes, summer is here and how the time flies! Allergies are killing me and the kids are always around...humm...no wonder my crafting time has been cut in half. At least I got to play a little bit and so created my Weekly Smeared Ink Design Team Project for the week. I have for you an Art Journal page that has sets from the Rubber Club Past Offerings of the Smeared Ink Rubber Club and the main image is Daemon Horse 4.
I have also used the Haunted Design House Challenge #190 - Bubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble - Recipe of Black, Purple, Green, Metal and a Flourish that also inspired this page. Check out the DT for some inspiration and get crafty!
Out of this World Deets
Daemon Horse 4 is printed onto copy paper. Colored in with markers and Blendabilities (new SU! alcohol markers) and fussy cut.
Moon is cut from scrap paper and sponged with Perfect Plum ink. Ink then on stamp from set Urban Decay (Apr 2013) and stamped over moon.
Stars are punched from green metal sheet and adhered onto page.
Frame is a black journaling pen that was hand drawn.
Flourishes and lady in lower right corner are from the Smeared Ink set called Nymphs (Feb 2014), stamped in Momento Black Ink.
Background is Black Gesso watered down and dripped onto page with paint brush.
Poem is written with plum marker and author is unknown.
All materials used are current Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
Fantastic page you created and the background looks amazing!
