Day 1 Smudgefest - Manic Monday & Punk You Girl #3

Woohoo, it's Day 1 of Smeared Ink's Smudgefest!  Smeared Ink's blog, Smudgy Antics is where all the fun is at this week.

Manic Monday - Create a bi-polar project that showcases two opposites.

I am also entering this card in a new blog called Punk You Girl.  This challenged just started so you have plenty of time to get this one done.  Punk You Girl Challenge #3 is Dark Humour.

Visit those blogs and see what those gifted Design Team members have created.

We just bought a house and are now in the process of moving.  So the stamp I chose had more to do with the "bi", plus multiple feelings that are going on right now.  The saying is probably how my husband and I are feeling about each other right now.
I named this card, Moving.

Packing in the Deets

Stamps
Main image from Smeared Ink's Digital set called Venice.
Background stamps from Stampin' Up! are Netting and Dictionary.
Skulls are from the Smeared Ink Rubber Club set called Morte created by Rick St. Dennis.
Saying is from a set called "Say It How It Is" by Dylusions from Ranger.

Card base is 6" x 6" from Basic Black card stock (cs).
Images is re-sized to 5" x 7" and printed onto Whisper White cs.
CS was sponged first and then stamped.
I used my fingers to apply ink to cut main image, then used markers to help define lines.
A silver marker was used for the eyes and teeth.
Saying is stamped then cut.  All cut pieces are adhered to background with dimensionals.
Crystal Effects on eyes and cut sayings.
I did use an Illuminate pad on the edges of the card base.
