Smudgy Antics Fire and Ice Challenge - DT Project

Today starts a new two week challenge at Smudgy Antics.
The theme is Fire and Ice.
Lets see what you can come up with, we would love to have you join us.
Be sure to check out all the inspiration, because there are some awesomely amazing projects up.

I went off the path a little on my project for this challenge by focusing on the Ice part.
Some heat was involved, meaning a heat gun.
I just received the Gross Anatomy digi set and have been having waaaayyy to much fun with it.
Don't worry, you will see the Fire part of this challenge next week.

My project is a Freezer made from the new Wood Mount Cases by Stampin' Up!.  It also doubles as a Post It Note Holder.
This person is into daily affirmations that are hung/stuck to the door.
But the true self is exposed when the door is opened...

Quotes are:
"Sometimes I fee like a vampire."  Theodore Robert Bundy
"We can only learn so much and live." Thomas Harris, Hannibal
"If the blue meanies are going to get me they'd better get off their asses and do something."  The Zodiac Killer
"The tragedy is not to die, but to be wasted."  Thomas Harris, Hannibal

Wrappin' Up the Deets
Freezer Outside
Whisper White card stock crumpled and smooshed.  Flattened out and gone over with sponge and ink.  On back piece (you can see when opened), no ink.
Sayings are enlarged and printed out from Li'l Grumpies Digi Set from Smeared Ink.
I used to different Post It's on front, and wrote a grocery list on one.
Magnet is from stash.
Handle is from tin foil, rolled and shaped.
Brads are SU! (retired).

Freezer Inside
Head and heart are from a Smeared Ink digi set called Gross Anatomy.  I changed the colors and did enlarge the heart.  Printed out on Whisper White card stock and fussy cut.
Suran Wrap is around each.
Versa Mark, White Embossing Powder was heat set to make it look like frost.
Hard to see but used Crystal Effects with some glitter on silicone to shape icicles, which are all over the inside of box.
Dryer sheet folded then taped to look like meat packages.
Note packet and pencils from stash.
All materials used are Stampin' Up! and are current unless otherwise noted.
