Yes! I made it and got all the September Challenges done over at the Smeared and Smudged Forum. Next month is going to be busy, being the height of the year for our crazy little community. So I am happy to get some practice in.
The last challenge I was able to complete was the Rock N' Rolla Challenge. You can use the song or video to help you create your project for that month. This month the artist was HUGO and the song, 99 Problems. I have made a scrapbook page:
No Problem w/ these Deets
I found two images taken from the video on GOOGLE, resized, re-colored, and printed them out.
Page measures 8 1/2" x 11".
Stamps from sets:
Blood splatters - Inky Dreams a Smeared Ink Past Rubber Club Offering (Oct 2013)
Chain - Max Rocks Set from Visible Image
Gas Mask from Queen Kat Designs Stamp Co.
I cut out nine's from scrap paper, inked and adhered to lower right corner.
Nines underneath are sponged in using negative from scrap paper.
Word was written with marker.
All materials used are current Stampin' Up! (SU!) unless otherwise noted.
A creative and crafty place to share unique, alternative, and altered projects using rubber / digital stamps and inks.

S&SJunkFunkSept Challenges
It was a good day. Fingers are dyed and got three projects completed today. Hope you get to get crafty this week.
This project I think I will label a Fat Book. I was inspired by two challenges to make this and will be entering my project in each of the challenges.
The first challenge/Quest is at the Quoth the Raven, Nevermore blog. Quest #36 - Tic Tac Poe. I have used the row RAVEN/POE/BLACK. All hail thine Master! CRAP - missed the deadline.
Second challenge is this month's Junk Funk Challenge on the Smeared and Smudged Forum. The junk we needed to use this month is coupons or advertisements.
I used a local advertisement flyer which has about 5 pages to it and is newspaper size. The advertisement was already folded in half, and then folded in half again. I folded it once more to measure around 5" x 5". Trimmed off the folded sides and made into a book. Got the idea to make 'fat pages' from a member on the Forum.
Lots of pics and info on how made below. Thanks all!

Short Stories on Deets
Separated pages into 4 groups and then glued together pages with Tombow.
Started by inking all pages with Archival Ink Jet Black.
Then used Walnut Stain Ranger Distress Ink on all pages and blended into areas that the first ink did not get.
Next, I stamped all images from the Smeared Ink set Quoth the Raven (Feb 2013), which can be found in the Rubber Club Past Offerings, in Versa Mark ink. All images were heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.
Went over images and randomly on page with Copper Inka Gold Metallic Rub, for each of the pages.
Once again went over pages with Archival Ink, using fingers to apply.
Repeated again with Rub and then Walnut Stain and last the Archival Ink once more.
Heated images again - this seemed to help bring out images again and burned the Rub a bit to give more definition to stamped images.
Used Washi tape for spine and used same inks and Rub to help blend into front and back covers. I think Washi is Holtz.
Stamps in background from same stamp set and a background stamp called Hardwood (used on pages 3 & 4) all stamped with Black StazeOn ink.
Black Sharpie to write in bits of quotes from each of Edgar Allan Poe's Short Stories.
Note: Metallic Rub and the treated wrinkled pages made it hard to read some of quotes in the pictures. Below is a picture taken at another angle to help you see what is written.
S&S Oh! The Horror! Sept Challenge
My goal was to get all the Smeared and Smudged Monthly Challenges done this month and as of today I am 2 away!
I have created an Art Journal page for the Oh! The Horror! September Challenge. This month's feature is a movie called THE MAID. Check out the Smeared and Smudge Forum to find out more about it!
I did watch the movie and was inspired by the bits of ash, butterflies, ghosts, and the movie poster.
Shhhhh....Secrets and Details
Base of page was leftover inks from gelli plate.
Heads from Daniel Torrente are stamped all over the background with Black Memento ink.
Butterflies from set Papillion Potpourri, also stamped randomly on page with same ink. Some of these were colored in with markers.
Black Sharpie used randomly on butterflies.
Image is from Ike's Art called Vamp.
Image was colored in with Blendabilites, Aqua Painter and inks.
Gold Acrylic Paint on eye, and lots of it to give dimension.
Edges were torn and images was then adhered to page.
Went over entire page with Gold Acrylic paint and paintbrush.
The 'ash' was created by spraying white tissue paper with homemade black spritz (black ink and alcohol) and Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz.
It was cut up into small pieces and adhered to page.
All materials used are current Stampin' Up! (SU!) unless otherwise noted.

SI Weekly DT Project and ASiD #10
This weeks Smeared Ink Weekly Design Team Project is inspired by the set called Toxic Ballerinas. I was messing around with those dollar store skellies and loved that I could rotate their arms and legs to any position. So it reminded me of a ballerina, and there you go.
Headed off to print my ballerina heads, when ding goes the laundry. For some reason I like to do whites last and then stuff all the extra dryer sheets in that load. So I have a lot in there. Well these would make the perfect "tutu" for my project!
This is a bit dark since my ballerina is a skeleton so thought this project would fit nicely in the A Step In The Dark challenge. This Challenge #10 is Anything Goes Dark.
This ballerina does have wire attached so that she does hang.
On Pointe Details
Heads
As said before I printed off one of the images from the Smeared Ink digital set Toxic Ballerinas onto Very Vanilla Card stock.
Colored in with Blendabilities.
Used a fine tip black Sharpie to hand draw spine.
Old bottle caps were filled with punched scrap paper first and Crystal Effects.
Finished heads were also punched with 1" circle punch and then placed in bottle caps with more Crystal Effects. Set aside until dry.
Body
Spine and arms of dollar store skellie.
Has sploches of ink from spritz and spray inks.
Tutu
9 or so layers of dryer sheets, torn and cut.
Poked a hole in center and then stuck spine through.
Used Dylusions and Smooch Spray Inks to color in. Hard to see but dress is Purple and a Pink/Red color.
Gold Spritz over also hard to see but wanted to give a bit of sparkle.
Dark Brown Spritz to give darker spots on dress.
Other
Red Sticky Strip to hold on bottle cap heads.
Thin wire to hold her up.
All materials used are current Stampin' Up! (SU!) unless otherwise noted.

SI Weekly DT and LOC #43
This project was created for the challenge blog Crafting By Designs for the Dog Days of Summer Challenge. Smeared Ink was so awesome to sponsor this challenge and some of the Smeared Ink Design Team was asked to give some inspiration.
This project is also going to be my Smeared Ink Weekly Design Team project and will also be entering this into the current Left Of Center challenge, #43 Alter It.
I have made a little 'days of the week' book to show what my children have been doing the last few weeks of summer before school starts. I have used Smeared Ink original digital stamp set called Stitchy Situation. The pages were altered from coasters snagged from a restaurant.

Each was colored in with Blendabilities.
Each has Ranger Black Accents on their hair.
Each has a small Pearl Jewel for the pin top in bellybuttons.

When dried and finished, each was fussy cut and then adhered to its day.
Pages
Used computer fonts to print out days onto copy paper.
Adhered copy paper to each side of coasters.
Sponged all edges and sides with inks.
Used fine tip Black Sharpie to make stitching on both sides of pages and to write in days of the week around/under images.
