Found a creep-licious tute on GOOGLE while looking for fun ideas for 31 Days. This is great because you can reused old jars and only requires laminate paper, water (or not), and food coloring.
Of course there must be something stamped for our projects and had to get the hands a bit messy. But when making preserved heads, that's bound to happen.

Googled "face map" and found two I liked. Printed onto copy paper.
Trimmed to height of each jar and then used laminate sheets on both sides.
Put into jars, adjusted bottoms to fold under and added doll hair to glass jar.
