31 Days of Halloween - Day 1 Info & Post

WOOOHOOOO!!
It's finally here Day 1 of 31 Days of insane Halloween craziness.
I am ready.  That's what I keep telling myself anyway!

Did you check out the list of Sponsor's?  Click HERE to take you to my post and the list.  A lot of what you see on the events projects can be obtained from many of these wonderful shops!  Just so you know.

Here is how October posts will go...
-Each day the post title will be 31 DOH - Day #
-If I have another challenge I am combining with that days post the challenge will be listed after.
-I will have a picture for that day's project FIRST, so it will be the first thing you feast your eyes on.  It is after all some early Halloween candy!
-I will give my deets as usual and describe what I did to make the project.
-I will also be giving out prizes along the way, so keep your eyes open for more opportunities to win!
-The materials used to make my projects are from Stampin' Up!, both current and retired.  I will note or have links to other materials and stamps (rubber and digital) used.

REMEMBER to...
Visit other Wicked Bloggers daily posts, listed on the left side, to win daily scavenger hunt prizes.
Please see Terra's Blog for more information on how to win the daily prizes and some even bigger ones! She is also the first Wicked Blogger on the list.

and HAVE SOME WICKED FUN!!!

On to Day 1's post.
I will start off with a fun Halloween candle.

Waxy Deets
Images were inked with Black Staze On and stamped onto white tissue paper.
Tissue Paper should measure height and length of candle.
Markers were used to color in areas and to add eyes in windows.
Place finished tissue paper on candle.  Use heat gun to adhere tissue paper to melted wax.  Adhere tissue paper all around candle.
Stamps from set called House of Haunts, Stampin' Up! (retired).
Candle was purchased from Walmart, vanilla scented.

CIP - Crafty Inknik Prize!!
Want to win this awesome candle??
Leave a comment every day for 5 days about that day's post AND your favorite Halloween movie.  Yup, that is 5 different movies!  Your name will be entered into a drawing for this candle.
I will have a separate blog post on the 6th of October announcing the winner.

Have a great day and see you tomorrow...
